What do you need to open your mailbox?
1. Print and complete form: Application for Delivery of Mail Through Agent (PS Form 1583).
2. Bring in the form along with two forms of identification: current driver’s license or state identification card, armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporation identification card, passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization, current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust, voter or vehicle registration card, home or vehicle insurance registration card. Proof of San Diego County residence if not evident on ID, e.g. lease agreement, utility bill, etc.) A photocopy of your identification will be retained by Ocean Beach Business Center when you open your private mailbox.
3. Your contract with Ocean Beach Business Center will be completed at our location.
4. $10 refundable key deposit.
